Sales Assistant - Casual 3-4 days mid-week
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at one of our flagship Brisbane display suites.
This is a casual role to support the experienced on-site Sales Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the rapid-paced world of project apartment sales.

The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
You will support the day-to-day operations of the display suite while supporting sales performance and buyer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally welcome and engage prospective buyers and investors
Support with sales leads with urgency and attention to detail
Maintain premium presentation standards across the display suite and sales office
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager
Assist in coordinating inspections, enquiries and buyer communications




Ensure every client interaction reflects the Meriton brand and service standards
About You
Polished, confident and highly professional in presentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proactive, organised and detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment
Genuine interest in property and a desire to build a long-term career in project sales
Requirements
Current QLD Real Estate License (essential)
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work 3-4 days per week - preferably mid-week
