About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Woonona to cover programming and breaks 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
You will support children's learning through engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Maintain accurate documentation and child observations
Uphold a safe, inclusive, and child-focused workplace
Work collaboratively within a supportive team




About You
You are passionate about early education, value teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care.
Essential Requirements
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
