Office Administrator / Administration Assistant
The role is wide and varied, adaptable to the business's growth, and versatile to deal with the peaks and troughs of the construction industry.
The Office Administrator is the quintessential definition of multi-tasking and requires good judgement on prioritising tasks.
The role requires you to be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently (mostly) and in a team (sometimes).
Key responsibilities
Provide general administration support to the team
High-volume invoice-processing and data-entry
Assist with incoming email queries and mailbox management
Use of Microsoft Office Suite
Attend to incoming phone queries
Monitor office and kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure correct functioning
About you
Basic knowledge of the construction industry
Basic accounting and finance knowledge (Xero preferred but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Motivated and energetic, with an eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently while being part of a team
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
