Key responsibilities
Responding to customer emails and enquiries
Processing job bookings and scheduling
Coordinating maintenance and job requirements
Liaising with builders, customers and internal staff
Providing professional and timely customer service
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring details are correct
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills,high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in customer service, administration or the residential building industry will be highly regarded, howeverfull training will be provided to the right person.
Immediate start available.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
