What you'll be doing
As a Fitter Turner / Machinist, you'll be an important part of our workshop team, working on a wide range ofdrivetrain and driveshaft componentsused across industries includingmining, transport, agriculture and heavy equipment.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Disassembly, inspection and rebuild of drivetrain components
Driveshaftrepair, assembly, manufacturing and balancing
Working onlight vehiclesandheavy machinery components
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
Working with the team to keep jobs moving efficiently
Maintaining high standards ofsafety and workmanship
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who isreliable, skilled and takes pride in their work.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience infitting, machining or mechanical work
Experience operatinglathes, machining equipment,



or MIG welding(highly regarded)
Trade qualification inFitting & Turning, Machining, Mechanical Fitter or similar
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and within a team
A robust commitment to safety
