Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.
No two days are the same.
You will be:
Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
Listening carefully to customer needs and finding solutions
Managing customer records accurately
Helping customers access services and digital channels
Resolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service goals
Onsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
