THE ROLE
The Early Education Centre (EEC) is seeking a passionate and dedicatedDiploma Qualified Educatorto join our team in apermanent part-time 72.5 hours per fortnight float position.
This role provides the prospect to work across all learning environments, supporting children, educators, and families while contributing to high-quality educational programs.
The successful applicant will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it), demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, and have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
The position is offered on apermanent part-time basis, with the possibility offull-time employment for the right candidate.
Flexible days and hours may be available to suit both the successful applicant and operational needs.

The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate strong skills in identifying, managing and responding to risk
Build warm, trusting relationshipswith children and families and respond sensitively to their needs during key parts of their day

Be a flexible team member and all-rounder, willing to support across rooms, age groups and routines as required
