What You'll Do
Support the delivery of people and culture initiatives, projects and services.
Build workforce analytics, reports and insights to support decision-making.
Contribute to recruitment, organisational development, learning and workforce initiatives.
Work with leaders, employees and stakeholders across the organisation.
Assist with process improvement and digital transformation activities.
Develop your understanding of employment practices, workforce trends and contemporary HR approaches.
Build relationships with professionals across multiple People & Culture disciplines.
What You'll Gain

About You

Essential Requirements
A completed degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce, Law, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in People & Culture.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.




Ability to analyse information and work confidently with technology and data.
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
