Assess development applications, scheme amendments, structure plans, local development plans, subdivisions and clearances.
Apply relevant legislation and the State and local planning framework, in assisting residents, stakeholders and community organisations on planning matters.
Undertake local planning policy review and development to guide future growth.
Participate in the development of strategic council projects, including project management, stakeholder engagement and urban design.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
