The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded occupational rehabilitation provider is looking for an experiencedRehabilitation Consultantto mentor and manage a team of 10 (4 FTE equivalent) in aTeam Lead position.
With more than 20 years in the industry and astrong national presence, this organisation is currently in an exciting period of growth.
They have built a reputation for investing in their people, with extensive leadership training and an average employee tenure of around8 years- more than double the industry average.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant who wants to take the next step into leadership while maintaining a meaningful caseload.
The Role
This position will be split approximately50% leadershipand50% your own caseloadwith 3 hour billables per day.
You will oversee a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing support, guidance and accountability while helping the team achieve their KPIs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
Managing 50% of a standard consultant caseload
Supporting team members to achieve their KPIs and providing case guidance
Acting as the first point of contact for complex case reviews
Participating in leadership meetings and contributing to business initiatives
Supporting quality assurance and maintaining solid customer relationships
Running professional development sessions and sharing knowledge across the team
Working alongside internal Subject Matter Experts when additional clinical expertise is required
Maintaining your own client caseload acrossWorkCover QLD, Comcare and DVA

About You
To be successful, you will have:
1-2+ years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
Previous clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
Relevant registration with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The confidence to support, mentor and develop other clinicians
A collaborative approach and genuine interest in leadership
Location & Flexibility
The role requires a minimum of2 days per week in the office, with locations available in:
Brisbane | Gold Coast | Sunshine Coast | Townsville
