We are looking for an experiencedSAP BASIS Administratorto support and maintain SAP environments, with a robust focus onsystem stability, critical incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality and stable operations ofSAP BASIS systems.
Troubleshoot and resolvecritical incidents, outages and complex technical issues.
Lead and coordinateIncident and Problem Management, including identifying trends and driving resolution.
Identify opportunities tostreamline processes and improve outage resolution times.
Work closely withECS, Product Support and other technical teamsto deliver projects and operational improvements.
Create and shareKBAs, technical documentation and knowledge roll-outs.
Support strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.
Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.




Work effectively in afast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience inSAP BASIS, includingABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver applications.
Proven experience handlingcritical incidents, outages and complex troubleshootingunder pressure.
Strong ownership and leadership skills across operational tasks and escalations.
Ability to quickly learn technologies such asSAP Power Designer and SAP Cloud Connector.
Experience withLinux and Windowsoperating systems in a hosting environment.
Knowledge of cloud/ hyperscaler platforms such asAWS, Azure or GCP.
Strong communication, collaboration and customer-focused approach.
