About the Role
As a Senior Café Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the café, leading and supporting the team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident working in a busy hospitality environment, can take ownership of a shift and lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
About You




We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years of hospitality or café experience, with senior/supervisory experience highly regarded
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
A solid understanding of café and hospitality operations
A positive, professional and reliable attitude
The ability to work independently and make confident decisions
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts throughout the week
The role requires flexibility across operating hours of8:00am - 12:00am, with varying shifts throughout the week.
Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and peak periods will be required.
