Job Description
SSI Group seeks a Refugee & Disability Community Advocate to support people with disability from refugee backgrounds to achieve meaningful employment.
You will work within the Inclusive Employment Australia program and provide culturally secure frontline support in partnership with employment and post-placement teams.
You will build referral pathways with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, community groups, employers and service providers, addressing barriers to access and supports
