Job Description
Kapitol in Melbourne is seeking a Transformation Manager on a 3-month contract to drive a portfolio of priority business initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will bring structure, pace and accountability to transformation activity across Technology, Safety and the operating model.
You will lead initiatives end-to-end, partner with senior leaders, establish governance, and translate priorities into transparent delivery plans with milestones and outcomes.
