Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Permanent Full Time Employment Consultant to join our Workforce Australia team in Mt Druitt.
This First Nations Identified role focuses on engaging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers and employers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
You will manage a high-volume caseload, provide post-placement support, and help participants build confidence, skills and job readiness, while addressing barriers to employment with solid problem-solving skills.
