Job Description
Graymont Limited in North Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor APAC to lead the Asia-Pacific Customer Service team from North Sydney, ensuring high service standards and supporting order fulfilment.
You will coach and develop the team, manage customer inquiries, orders, invoicing and pricing, and act as escalation point for complex issues while driving continuous improvement across the function.
This role partners with Logistics, Operations and Commercial teams to optimise performance.
