You must:
Behighly organizedand able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly
Havegreat time managementand an eye for detail
Be confident usingExcel, Word, PDFs,



and general computer systems
Communicate clearly both in writing and face-to-face
Have acaring and professional nature, able to handle occasional challenges calmly
Be available forfull days(some shifts finishing at 6–7:30pm)
Skilledexperiencein on phones us a must.
Aministration, reception, or quality customer service (minimum 2–3 years)is required.
Dental Reception or Assisting experience is a bonus, but not essential, we're happy to train the right person with the right work ethic.
The Role
Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
Handling phone calls, payments, and appointment bookings
Assisting with payment plans and patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and team across daily clinic operations
Helping keep our shared spaces running smoothly and professionally
