Are you an experienced warehouse and logistics professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes and making sure everything runs smoothly?
Medartis Australia & New Zealand is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse, logistics and loan kit operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play an important part in ensuring our products and loan sets are managed accurately, safely and efficiently, while delivering a high level of service to our customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager AuNZ, you will lead the Warehouse & Logistics team and work closely with our 3PL partners and teams across the broader business.
You'll be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, supporting inventory management, maintaining service levels and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across our processes.
You will also be a key point of contact for resolving operational and customer service issues, working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Inventory, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Warehouse & Logistics team, fostering a positive, collaborative and service-focused culture.
Coordinate team rosters, staffing levels,
training, timesheets and operational coverage.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse, logistics and loan kit operations, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
Manage workflows across loan sets, consignment/ROI sets, standard orders, kit returns, backorders and inbound/outbound inventory.
Ensure products are delivered accurately, safely, in full and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our 3PL providers and monitor their performance against agreed service expectations and KPIs.
Support inventory planning, stock availability, replenishment, stocktakes, audits and backorder management.
Maintain accuracy of loan sets, BOMs, consignment documentation and long-term loan agreements.
Ensure accurate and effective use of inventory management systems, including SAP and MyMediset.
Monitor operational metrics, prepare reporting and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
Analyse loan kit utilisation and support forecasting and future asset requirements.
Investigate operational and customer service issues, identify root causes and coordinate effective corrective actions.
Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Inventory, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with WHS legislation,
company policies and procedures.
Provide hands-on operational support when required to ensure critical workloads are achieved.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong warehouse and logistics experience with a genuine ability to lead and develop people.
You will ideally have:
2+ years' experience in a warehouse, logistics leadership or coordination role.
Demonstrated experience leading a warehouse and logistics team.
Experience working with 3PL providers and managing operational service levels.
Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Experience monitoring KPIs, analysing operational data and identifying improvement opportunities.
A strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
Experience using systems such as SAP and/or MyMediset is highly desirable.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work effectively across teams and with people from diverse backgrounds.
A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach.
A willingness to be hands-on and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
A valid Australian driver's licence and passport.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training is preferred.
