Job Description
My Muscle Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Afternoon Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 6:15am–2:15pm) at our Yennora NSW facility.
You will prepare high-quality nutritious meals per recipes approved by our Executive Chef, Culinary Director and R&D; team, ensuring timely production while following Food Safety, GMP and Health and Safety policies.
You will mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices, help develop menu items, monitor portions and waste, and uphold kitchen standards.
