About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our esteemed clients team based in Adelaide.
This position is based on a Monday to Friday full‐time roster.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead and manage medium to large contracts and projects
Develop contract and negotiation strategies for projects
Oversee budgets, resources, and contract risk management
Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements




Review and approve contracts and commercial recommendations
Support bidding, proposals, and client engagement activities
Manage and develop contract management staff and processes
Skills and experience required
10+ years' experience managing contracts on large EPC projects
Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions
Experience developing contract strategies, budgets, and risk assessments
Strong communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills
