Job Description
Manage complex rostering, payroll and recruitment support while building strong workforce relationships across Mental Health Services.
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (up to 12th February ****)
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 4

Where you'll be working
Based at Cumberland Hospital, North Parramatta, you'll join Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) at NSW's largest and Australia's oldest mental health facility.
You'll play a key administrative role supporting the Nursing Resource Unit and workforce operations across Mental Health Services.
Be part of a service delivering primary, secondary and tertiary mental health care to local and broader communities.
Work alongside experienced Roster Creators, Roster Managers, Nurse Managers, NUMs and recruitment teams.

What you'll be doing
As the Rostering Support Officer, you'll provide high-quality, client-focused administrative and workforce support, helping ensure accurate rosters, payroll information and recruitment processes across Mental Health Services.
Manage accurate and timely rostering data,
adjustments and workforce information using HealthRoster and StaffLink, ensuring roster and payroll requirements are met.
Coordinate daily staffing requirements with Roster Creators, Roster Managers, Nurse Managers and NUMs, including the allocation of casual and overtime resources where approved.
Monitor roster practices, identify errors and provide timely advice to minimise impacts on payroll and staffing.
Support recruitment activities including interviews, applicant enquiries, document management, ROB administration and maintaining registration and WWCC records.
Build trusted relationships with staff and key stakeholders while managing competing priorities, confidential information and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
