With a focus on "Building Customers for Life" we require a talented and enthusiastic person to join our Service centre located at Roseville
As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for providing clients with excellent customer service to contribute to an effective and profitable service department.
You will do this by performing administration duties relating to the service department and building relationships with customers.
You will be based at our newly built, dedicated service centre which boasts state of the art facilities.

A Service Advisor will:




Provide our guests with exceptional customer service.
Liaise with team members from the workshop, parts and sales department and communicate information to customers.
Use company systems to create service appointments.
Complete clerical tasks related to service operations.

A passion for the customer service environment is essential.
You must strive to provide an exceptional guest experience to all clients.
Sound computer skills (additional training will occur)
NSW Drivers Licence
Able to meet manufacturer expectations and standards.
Enjoys working as a member of a team.
The successful applicant will receive on the job training to help guide and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
