Hours:Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Pay:From $*****/hr + Super for qualified applicants
About the Role
As aLead Educator, you'll have the opportunity to make your room your own — bringing your ideas, creativity and passion to life while leading and supporting your team.
You will:
Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs
Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
Build genuine relationships with children and families
Support high-quality practices and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
Confidence to lead, mentor and inspire a teamA genuine passion for helping children learn,
