Polytec Australia Development Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW
Working closely with KDC Australia's senior management team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities across residential projects.
You will act as the developer's internal relationship manager for appointed sales agencies — ensuring information flows efficiently between the developer and sales teams, agreed actions are followed up, and market feedback is communicated internally.
This position does not involve direct property selling or individual sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate marketing activities across KDC Australia's residential projects from pre-launch through construction and sell-down
Manage the production and updating of project marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, EDMs, signage, display materials, CGI/renders, videos and digital content
Coordinate project branding and ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials
Brief and coordinate creative, digital, media, PR and other external marketing consultants
Maintain marketing schedules and registers and ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time
Coordinate social media and digital content for project campaignsAssist with project launches, VIP inspections, buyer events and other marketing activations
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign activity and key performance indicators
Act as the key day-to-day contact between KDC Australia and appointed external project sales agencies




Collect and consolidate weekly sales agency updates, including enquiries, inspections, buyer feedback and campaign observations
About you
2–4 years' experience in property marketing, project marketing or a related residential property role
An understanding of the residential project marketing and sales process
Experience coordinating marketing collateral, digital campaigns, creative agencies and project launches
Robust relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
Confidence dealing with external sales agents, consultants and suppliers
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
A current driver's licence and willingness to attend project sites, display suites and events across Sydney
