About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedForklift Driverto join a busy meat processing and distribution facility based inLidcombe.
This is a permanent, full-time position, ideal for someone who places a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
You will play a key role in supporting yard and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods handling and maintaining a clean, well‐organised work environment.
Work Hours:Monday to Friday,6:00am – 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to support efficient warehouse and yard operations
Receive goods in the yard area, including meat, dry goods, and chemicals
Stack and sort empty pallets
Group and manage different pallet types




Maintain accurate stock management for the dry goods area
Coordinate inbound deliveries and receivals within the yard
Ensure the yard is kept clean, organised, and secure at all times
Report incidents and hazards in line with site procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Acurrent High-Risk Forklift Licence(mandatory)
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or yard environment
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working to strict timelines
Excellent communication skills
A strong safety focus
A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to shared goals
