Job Description
Ibis Styles Brisbane is seeking a agile Front Office Duty Manager to lead guest experiences and supervise the Front Office team in Brisbane.
This full-time role focuses on driving service standards, coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B;, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest care.
A hands-on leader with a flair for upselling and loyalty engagement will help maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
