Job Description
Nobu - Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a premium Japanese kitchen.
You will lead and mentor a team, ensure authentic sushi preparation, and uphold Nobu's famous dining standards.
You'll manage food quality, presentation and costs while maintaining a positive culture in a fast-paced setting.
The role requires flexibility for weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
