Purpose: Prep fresh fruit and other ingredients to the standard ENZE's cakes need.
Main duties
Prep fresh mangoes and other fruit (peeling, cutting, portioning) at volume
General food prep support for the kitchen team
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Receiving and checking goods and daily deliveries
Must have
Positive knife skills — comfortable with high-volume fruit prep
Works quickly and consistently to a set quality standard
Available for early mornings and weekends
Full working rights in Australia
Nice to have
Commercial kitchen food prep experience
Food handling certificate
Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
