About Us

Skyarch Medical Clinic is a Japanese and English Speaking General Practice. We are expanding and looking for a friendly, organised, and bilingual receptionist to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a Japanese and English-speaking GP Receptionist to support our front desk operations and other receptionist roles.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting patients in a warm, qualified manner
Managing appointment bookings and phone enquiries
Handling patient records and administrative tasks
Processing payments and Medicare billing
Communicating effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking patients

Essential Requirements
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)




Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Computer skills

Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience in a medical or receptionist role
Familiarity with Best Practice or similar medical software
Understanding of Medicare billing
