We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Cafe Supervisor to lead our café team. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
Overview daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Staff rostering, training, and performance management
Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control
Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health regulations are adhered to
Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
Support the implementation of promotions and initiatives to grow sales
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain high store standards

Experience in a similar role in hospitality or retail




Solid leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
Organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure
Robust barista experience is required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 38.0 per week
