About the role

The Flower Shop is a speakeasy inspired Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Penrith, looking to grow the team with casual waiting staff and cocktail bartenders. You will be joining a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment known for its beautiful cocktails and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Floor Staff
Taking orders from guests
Serving food and drinks
Handling payments
Creating positive experiences for guests

Key Responsibilities Bartenders
Confidence in mixing, we are primarily a cocktail bar, we would love for you to know how to make a mean Margarita
Having an energetic & vibrant attitude
Handling payments if necessary
Coffee & basic barista skills are not essential but great

About you
Hospitality or Customer Service experience, with robust preference for previous restaurant/bar experience
RSA qualification is essential
A genuine passion for people and great service
Confidence in taking orders, serving food and drinks,



and handling payments
A team-first attitude
The ability to stay cool under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Being a clean and organised person is a strong preference
