About the Role

Smash Haus Burgers is looking for an energetic and reliable Junior Crew Member to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is keen to learn, work in a rapid-paced environment and provide great customer service. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
Assist with dine-in and takeaway orders
Manage and pack Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery orders
Prepare straightforward food items including fries, sides, drinks and milkshakes
Assist senior kitc
Pack burgers and meals accurately and neatly
Keep front counter, dining and kitchen areas clean and organised
Assist with opening and closing duties




Complete general cleaning throughout the shift
