We are currently Looking for an energetic, experienced, and qualified Medical Receptionist to join our practice at Caddens, the role will be on full time bases.

Job Description:

This position involves the day-to-day administration of a General practice and asisting the clinic director with adhoc tasks. You will be part of a friendly and fun medical team comprising of a practice manager, practice nurse, several general practitioners, and part time allied health professionals including a dietitian, psychologist Physiotherapist and Podiatrist.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Supporting the Practice Manager with day to day administration of the practice
Scheduling patient consultations
Front desk reception and management of patient clinics
Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently




Patient invoicing and receipting
Data collection and maintenance of patient database
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Scanning and linking patient correspondence, test results etc
Management of medical software (Best Practice)
Liaising with referring doctors, hospital staff and medical representatives

Successful candidates need to meet the following criteria:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
Experience with Best Practice software

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Experience:
Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
Best Practice Software: 1 year (Preferred)
