Job Description
FOX Factory in Australia seeks a customer service specialist to handle inquiries from bicycle shops and process internal orders.
You will build strong dealer relationships and support both B2B and B2C customers, while maintaining accurate order processing and inventory awareness.
You should bring 2–3 years of customer experience, excellent communication, and a passion for cycling.
The role is based in-office, Monday to Friday, with a collaborative team setting.
