About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Lobby Bar team on a full-time basis.
You will create exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and presenting exceptional coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
Delivering warm, engaging and personalised guest service
Maintaining coffee equipment, cleanliness and presentation standards
Supporting the wider Lobby Bar team to ensure seamless daily operations
About You
You are passionate about coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.




To be successful, you will have:
Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong coffee knowledge, including extraction, milk texturing and latte art
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Outstanding communication and guest service skills
Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
A current RSA certificate
