We are looking for an experiencedLeading Hand, or a motivatedStoreperson ready to step into a leadership role, to join our team at Horsley Park.
In this role, you will be responsible foroutbound volume management, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered in line with operational requirements.
You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, leading team performance, and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team to ensure daily objectives are communicated and KPI targets are achieved
Manage outbound volume and workflow to meet customer and operational requirements
Ensure strong operational performance across outbound, picking, packing, inventory, and warehouse activities
Coordinate resources and priorities to maintain productivity and service levels
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, responding to enquiries in a timely manner
Maintain stock integrity and ensure compliance with DHL policies and procedures
Follow safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture across the team
Identify training needs and support the development of team members

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Proven operational experience in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment
Proven customer facing experience with a strong focus on service delivery
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capability, either in a formal leadership role or through mentoring and guiding others
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
