Responsibilities
Robust understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including VMs, networking, and storage.
Experience with monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Azure CLI, PowerShell, or ARM/Bicep for automation and issue resolution.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
Ability to work in on-call rotations and communicate clearly with stakeholders during outages.
