This is a permanent full-time position for a skilled and versatile maintenance professional to join the team at Eleebana Shores, a premium retirement community.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, functional and well-presented community.
Key responsibilities
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a skilled and timely manner
Conduct routine inspections of village buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
Plan and carry out preventative maintenance
Engage and manage external trades and services
Advise on and assist with refurbishment works when required
Contribute to asset management planning and assist in identifying opportunities for asset improvement and lifecycle replacement
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order updates
Exterior cleaning, including pressure washing and home detailing
Routine equipment care and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while actively promoting a safe and healthy work environment
About you
Practical experience in construction trades, building maintenance and asset management
The flexibility to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use a mobile app to receive and complete work orders




The ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and outdoor work activities
A current C-Class Driver's Licence
Australian citizenship or unrestricted working rights in Australia
Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card) – desirable
Working at Heights Permit – desirable
Current Police Check – must have or be willing to obtain
First Aid Certificate – must have or be willing to obtain
