Position: Sales Manager Location: Queensland
About the Company
Our client is a growing catering supplier providing high-quality equipment and solutions to restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality and catering sector
Identify and acquire current clients including restaurants, cafés, caterers, and food service operators
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business and account value
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food service, catering, or FMCG industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Remuneration Basic salary + Superannuation + Commission + Fuel allowance
