Hours & Salary
16 hours per week on a rota basis.
Pay: £***** per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.
Start time around *********** am and finish ********* pm, with 30 minutes in the evening.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care support and social support including assisting with meals.
Use a 2:1 tracking hoist for patient transfer.
Assist with evening preparation for bed.
Cover other workers' holidays and be ready to cover on flexible or weekend shifts.
Operate within Health & Safety guidelines, including manual handling, lifting techniques, first aid, PPE, and secure working practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle.
Previous experience of using a 2:1 tracking hoist.




Ability to treat others with dignity and respect.
Outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved in activities.
Willingness to cover shifts on short notice.
Successful reference checks and a PVG enhanced disclosure.
Terms & Conditions
Probationary period of 6 months.
During probation either party can terminate employment with one week's notice.
Position subject to reference and PVG checks; two up‐to‐date reference contacts required, one from a current or former employer.
