With a strong pipeline of work and a team-oriented studio culture, the team is seeking a Project Architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key role in project delivery from concept through to completion.

The Role
Lead the delivery of masterplanned community and residential projects
Manage projects through all phases of design and documentation
Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
Oversee projects, quality and delivery outcomes
Mentor and support graduates and junior architects
Contribute to team leadership and studio development
Help drive project excellence and client satisfaction
About You




Registered Architect or working towards registration
Strong project delivery and consultant coordination skills
Experience managing projects from design through construction documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong Revit proficiency
Passion for mentoring and developing emerging architects
Interest in progressing into a leadership role
