Full property management and permanent letting units.
Performance of Body Corporate duties
Supervision of contractors
On call for after hours emergency
Minor maintenance
Skills and experience preferred
Property management
Trust account & legislation
Strata knowledge preferred
Full Queensland Real Estate Licence or willing to get one.
Self Motivated
Will train suitable person if needed
Compensation
Must have ABN
28 days/4 weeks paid annual leave
Must be able to reside on site.
2 Bedroom unit provided along with water, internet and electricity provided.
References and police check required.
