Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care in inpatient and community settings
Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate recovery-focused care plans
Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams




Support consumers experiencing acute mental health presentations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety, wellbeing, and recovery outcomes
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of one year's experience in Mental Health Nursing
Experience in Acute Mental Health, Community Mental Health, or Psychiatric Nursing
Current National Police Check
Working With Children Check where required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
