Working closely with executive leadership team, you'll be involved in a broad range of business projects and operational initiatives.
No two days are the same, with work spanning compliance, franchising, policies and procedures, legal administration, and business improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Supporting franchise compliance and governance activities
Managing trademark registrations and related administration
Coordinating franchise documentation and agreements
Assisting with franchise sales administration and transfers
Managing insurance and licensing renewals
Maintaining company registrations and corporate records
Reviewing, updating, and creating policies, procedures, and business manuals
Driving business improvement and special projects across the franchise network
Supporting national and international development initiatives

Experience in franchising, compliance or governance, project management, business operations, policy and procedure development, recruitment industry experience, or corporate administration would be highly regarded
4 days in the office with 1 day WFH
