PERSOL are hiring an Account manager to join our client, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in the Western Sydney region.
This company specialises in the production of complementary medicines, supplements and vitamins.
They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Individual to join the Account Management team to maintain and grow existing client and customer relationships.
Job responsibilities
Identify client needs and be a primary contact for day to day communications.
Deliver exceptional customer service for new and existing accounts
Continuously enhance marketing communications skills and knowledge
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at a technical level




Mentor and train junior team members where necessary
Requirements
Tertiary qualification
Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in a client facing Naturopath position will also be considered
Knowledge of complementary medicines is highly regarded
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure
Time management and organisation skills
Quarterly bonus structure
