Linea Talent Group is seeking a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager for a flexible role with a coastal portfolio.
Work from home four days per week with office attendance up to one day.
The portfolio includes around 50 buildings and 550 lots, with a supportive team and solid mentoring for career progression.
In this role you will manage or assist in managing strata properties, build relationships with owners and committees, coordinate maintenance and attend AGMs/EGMs.
