Job Description
MJH Group, including McDonald Jones Homes and MOJO Homes, is seeking a customer journey role to guide clients through their build journey with clear communication and timely updates.
In this role, you will coordinate projects from pre-construction to completion, work with internal teams to resolve issues, and escalate high‐risk matters when needed.
A solid customer service background and knowledge of residential construction are highly valued.
