Job Description
NW People, in partnership with a global packaging manufacturing leader, is seeking a strategic operations leader for our Sydney South West site.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee production operations and support the team to meet safety, quality, production and cost targets.
You will implement continuous improvement, optimise equipment schedules, lead an engaged team across shifts, and ensure compliance with OHS&E; policies while building solid internal and external relationships.
