Your Key Tasks Include
Process and build prescription orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to client enquirieson the phone, email and in-store
Assess priorityandescalate enquiriesappropriately when beyond your scope
Provideexceptional customer serviceand a positive, caring pharmacy experience
Maintaincompliance with regulations and guidelinesto uphold patient safety and confidentiality
Assist withorder and shipping preparation, and otherdispensary supportduties
What Makes You a Good Fit
Previous experience in a pharmacy dispense tech role is requiredfor this position
Strong computer skillswith the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
Able tomultitaskeffectively
Excellentattention to detail and accuracyto ensure error‐free data entry
Ability topersistently focuson repetitive tasks for extended periods
Exceptional customer service skillswith the ability tocommunicate with kindness
Proven ability towork swiftly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
Community pharmacy certificatesideal, but not mandatory
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
