About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedProject Engagement Advisorto provide strategic communications, community engagement and stakeholder management support across major infrastructure projects.
Working closely with technical and professional project teams, you will provide strategic advice, coordinate engagement activities and manage communications with landholders, community members and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate community engagement activities across major projects.
Provide ongoing strategic communications and engagement advice to Project Managers.
Develop and implement project communication and engagement strategies.
Develop stakeholder management strategies and consult with a broad range of interest groups.
Undertake landholder engagement and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
Manage community and stakeholder liaison activities.
Support effective issues and reputation management.
Act as a key point of contact for project teams.
Prepare clear, accurate and audience-appropriate communications and correspondence.
Provide timely advice and information to internal and external stakeholders.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
Experience incommunity and stakeholder engagement, preferably within infrastructure, government or a similar project workplace.
Experience managingministerial and executive correspondenceand preparing customer-focused communications.
Strong understanding of media, government and regional operations.
Demonstrated experience inissues and reputation management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and non-technical manner.
Proven ability to build relationships with community members, landholders and diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to gather insights, embrace new ideas and identify opportunities to improve engagement outcomes.
Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in changing project environments.
Strong knowledge of community engagement practices and strategies, with the ability to provide high-level advice to management.
